The perfect roast for sipping around the morning fire before heading into the trading post to look for beans, rice, and cartridges. You need to stock up, winter is on the way. 

The Reckoning beans are air roasted to a medium caramelized brown color resulting in a balance between acidity and flavor. It has a smooth and well-rounded taste, with notes of chocolate, nutty, and fruity flavors and a slight caramel sweetness. It has a medium body and acidity level, providing a pleasant balance between the richness of a dark roast and the acidity of a light roast. 

**To brew the perfect cup we recommend 2 tbsp of coffee for every 6-oz. of water**
