Our Reaper dark roast coffee is roasted for a longer period of time at a higher temperature, resulting in a deep, rich flavor and a dark brown color with visible oil on the surface of the beans. The extended roasting process caramelizes the sugars in the coffee beans, resulting in a bold, smoky, and slightly bitter taste. The full-bodied profile with a low acidity level and notes of chocolate, caramel, or even burnt flavors.
